Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value
- Manage broker relationships and oversee marketing efforts
- Lead lease negotiations and approvals
- Analyze market trends and rental rates
- Coordinate with property management on tenant onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial leasing experience
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of South Florida commercial markets preferred
